What size is TomTag?

Each TomTag button holder is approximately 18cm long, 3cm wide and 4mm thick. The buttons are 2cm in diameter.

Who is TomTag suitable for?

TomTag is suitable for anyone over 3 years of age. TomTag is not a toy and is not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts.

How should I care for my TomTag?

TomTag’s plastic button holders and blank buttons can be washed in warm water should they become dirty and dried with a soft cloth. The stickers are highly water-resistant and should not be adversely affected by normal weather conditions or minor spillages. Wipe dry with a soft cloth if they do accidently get wet.

What happens if I lose my stickers or buttons?

We recommend keeping any stickers and buttons that you are not using in the resealable pack provided to keep them safe. Additional sticker packs and buttons are available to order from our products page.

I can’t find a sticker that represents the item my child needs, what can I do?

We’ve tried to include as many options as possible for you to choose from but we appreciate there may still be occasions when you need something we haven’t thought of. That’s why we’ve included a few blank stickers which you and your child can customise with an ordinary ball-point pen. If you think there’s something we should include in our sticker range then we would  love to hear  your suggestions as we’re always looking for ways we can improve our product.
