Ordering & delivery FAQs

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit card payments through Paypal for orders placed online. You do not need a PayPal account to do this.

Schools or other organisations can request a Purchase Order and pay on invoice or select the ‘Schools Only’ payment option on the checkout page.

Where do I enter my discount code?

Please enter this in the ‘Coupon code’ field at Checkout.

How much does it cost for delivery?

For UK orders (incl CI & IOM), postage and packing is £4.00 per order, using standard second-class mail. For mini-kits, stickers and some small items, postage and packing is £2.00. 

For other countries, postage and packing will be calculated at checkout. You are responsible for any VAT, tariff duty, taxes, handling charges or customs clearance charges due at the time of delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch as soon as possible after we receive your order, usually within three working days.

What if there’s a problem and I need to return my order?

You have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to cancel and receive a full refund (including standard delivery costs). You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and return them (at your own cost) in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. You must return the goods as soon as possible and not later than 14 days from cancellation.

If you receive damaged or faulty goods or have any other problems with your product, please contact us first before returning any items so that we can offer the best solution for you.

We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage. You are responsible for the item until we receive it at our offices. Returns are sent at your expense unless we have agreed with you in advance.
